The main hall of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. The mosque was constructed between 1996 and 2007 cost approximately $545 million. The Mosque is named after the UAE's first president and the ruler of Abu Dhabi, the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, who conceived the idea.
